1. Returns policy

If a game is faulty or delivered damaged we will be glad to arrange a replacement or offer you a full refund. Goods delivered damaged must be notified to us within 24 hours. You will have the choice of replacement or refund.

2. Accuracy of information

Every game we sell has a product description and in many instances, a photograph. Whilst we believe the product descriptions and photographs are as accurate and up to date as best as possible, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies or mistypes. If you have any queries concerning a product please call or email before placing your order.

3. Your specification and requirements

Please ensure that the product you are ordering is the size you want. We are under no obligation to take back products that are as described in the product description. Under some circumstances we may take back goods subject to a handling charge of 20% as long as they are returned unused, unmarked, and in the perfect original packaging. Such returns must be agreed with us PRIOR to the return of the goods. The cost of returning such items will be the responsibility of the customer.
